1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Maktoob Media membership program ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Membership & Support

Maktoob Media is an independent journalism platform. Your membership contribution is a voluntary support payment to ensure fearless reporting. While we strive to provide exclusive community access to our "wellwishers," memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that interrupts or attempts to interrupt the operation of the Service. Harassment of other members or staff will result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Maktoob Media, including articles, graphics, and logos, is the property of Maktoob Media or its content providers and is protected by Indian and International copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maktoob Media be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Kerala/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
